Two categories of data are collected, and nothing else.

The information you voluntarily provide in the quote request form: name, phone number, email address (optional), project type and project description.

Browsing data, for audience measurement: pages visited, time spent, reading depth, sections seen, buttons clicked, where you came from (search engine, social network or link), device type, browser and IP address. This measurement is ours and stays ours: it is hosted on our own server and is passed to no advertising network.

Form information is used solely to answer your request: to call you back, prepare a quote, arrange a site visit and follow up on the commercial relationship.

Browsing data is used to understand which pages answer our visitors’ questions and which fail to, in order to improve the site. It is neither sold, rented, nor used for advertising.

When you submit the form, your information is sent to our server, where it is stored, and we receive an email notification. We also record the page the request was sent from and how you arrived on the site, so we know which channels work.

If you would rather not use the form, you can reach us directly by phone on +212 718 82 50 27, on WhatsApp, or by email at info.lintendance@gmail.com. A WhatsApp conversation is carried by WhatsApp (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.) and subject to that service’s privacy policy.

The site and its database are hosted by Contabo GmbH (Munich, Germany), on a server located in the European Union. Your data is not transferred outside this hosting.

Only those at APLOMB responsible for commercial follow-up have access, through a named, password-protected account.

Requests are kept for as long as the project requires, then for the statutory retention period applicable to commercial and accounting records. Requests that lead nowhere are deleted no later than three years after the last exchange.

No advertising cookie is set without your agreement. If we ever enable campaign measurement (Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Google), a banner will ask for your consent first, and nothing loads until you have answered. A refusal is remembered just as long as an acceptance.

This site uses no third-party audience measurement tool (no Google Analytics or equivalent).

Two technical identifiers are stored by your browser to tell one visit from another and to recognise a returning visitor. They are random identifiers: they contain no name, email or phone number. A technical cookie also remembers your language choice.

You can delete them at any time by clearing site data in your browser.

Under Moroccan law 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data, you have the right to access, correct, object to and delete your data.
