Firm quote, no hidden extras
The price you sign is the price you pay. Any additional work is priced and approved in writing before it starts.
Dry lay before installation
Layout and vein matching are laid out dry and approved with you. Nothing is set until you sign off.
The deadline is written on the quote
The completion date is in writing, not promised over the phone. If something shifts the schedule, you hear it before, not after.
Site handed over clean
Rubble removal, final clean and protection of the finished surfaces are included in the price.
We stay reachable after handover
Care instructions on handover day — and if a piece or a joint moves, we come back to site.

06Pricing
What an installation actually costs.
It's the first question everyone asks and the last one companies answer. Here is how an installation price is built — and what makes it vary threefold.
What moves the price
- 01
The material
Veined marble that has to be book-matched doesn't lay at the same pace as standard porcelain. The stone you choose drives half the installation price.
- 02
The surface area
The per-m² price falls with volume: a 12 m² bathroom is not priced like a 400 m² villa.
- 03
The format
A 160 × 320 slab needs several installers, suction lifters and millimetre-accurate layout. A 60 × 60 moves far faster.
- 04
The state of the substrate
Levelling, waterproofing, screed repair: the invisible work under the stone. That's where the nasty surprises of a too-cheap quote hide.
- 05
The complexity
Staircases, curved pool edges, recessed joints, cuts around a niche: every cut that isn't straight adds hours.
- 06
Site access
An upper floor with no lift, a riad in the medina, a house lived in during the works: moving slabs genuinely weighs on the quote.
A fair quote can't be given over the phone. We come and measure, check the substrate and hand you a firm price — free of charge.
